Exhibitor Update

Free Link - Exhibitors may request a free link from The Society of Insurance website at www.sirnet.org to their own website.

After registering as an exhibitor, e-mail your URL to sir.mail@comcast.net and indicate the appropriate category under which your company name and website address are to be listed on the Links page.

(A reciprocal link to the S.I.R. website would be appreciated, but is not required.)

Free Advertisement - Exhibitors may also submit one (1) page (8 1/2 x 11) advertisement to be included in the conference materials, which are provided to all attendees.

Instructions:

Black & White Copy - E-mail copy of proposed advertisement to sir.mail@comcast.net at least 4 weeks prior to the event. The S.I.R. will reproduce and include in the conference binders.

Color Copy - Exhibitors wishing to use color copy are asked to reproduce and provide sufficient copies to the Society. These copies may include content on both sides of the sheet. Contact sir.mail@comcast.net or 317-398-3684 for details concerning the number of copies and mailing instructions. The printed material should be received by the Society no later than 3 weeks prior to the event.

Deadline - Registration and payment must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Register early to assure space availability.

Note - The S.I.R. reserves the right to review advertisements prior to acceptance. Acceptance does not imply an endorsement of products or services by The Society of Insurance Research.
