Exhibitor Information

The next event at which the Society of Insurance Research will accept exhibitors will be the 38th Annual Conference, Seminars, and Exhibit Fair, to be held at the Hilton Savannah Desoto Hotel in Savannah, Georgia, October 19-22, 2008.

Participation as an exhibitor in any SIR event provides excellent opportunities for first-hand interaction with high-potential prospects. Space for exhibitors will be limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. So reserve early and do not miss this opportunity!

Please note there is a new pricing model for exhibitors at this event.

Past exhibitors have told us they found the pricing options too many and too confusing, and we listened. Now there is no need to decide on booth versus table, or on who will just staff the exhibit, or attend presentations, or participate in food / social functions.

Now you pay one exhibitor fee and get a 10' wide space to use as you like. We provide a 6' dressed & skirted table; two chairs; and electrical power. You use the table &/or bring your own display to assemble, and arrange Internet access or A/V directly with the hotel.

You can register two individuals, included in the exhibit fee, who will staff your exhibit. These individuals are invited to fully participate in the entire event, including all food & social functions. Register additional attendees at an additional charge, still lower than the regular registration fee, to fully participate in all presentations and food / social functions.

Please see the Conference Agenda for the specific exhibit hours. While the official exhibit hours coincide with the evening receptions, you are welcome to staff your exhibit at any time to take advantage of attendee traffic during breakfast, lunch, or breaks. Most meals and receptions will be held in the exhibit area to maximize attendee traffic, and the S.I.R. will sponsor a prize drawing with eligibility based on visiting each exhibit.

An excellent marketing companion to your exhibit at the Annual Conference is the recognition that comes with sponsoring a meal or some other component of the event. Or if you are unable to exhibit this year, being an event sponsor can still keep your brand and value in front of our Members and attendees.
